2026 CSA Owners/Executives Retreat

Greetings CSA Members, Staffing Executives, and Business Owners!

The Colorado Staffing Association is excited to announce our Annual Executive Forum, taking place on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at the Flying Horse Resort and Club in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The 2026 Owners/Executives Only Retreat is the most exclusive annual forum for staffing business owners and executives across all sectors of the Colorado staffing industry.

This event is limited to just 20 staffing agencies, with up to 3 owners or executives per company. Last year’s event reached full capacity, and we anticipate the same this year, so we strongly encourage you to register early.

We’ll be starting out the day with two amazing speakers; Ryan Lavarnway on Resilience, Performance & Leadership and Ziba Alizadeh on the Power of Words, “Words Matter”.

Our roundtable discussions and speaker sessions will focus on the most pressing challenges facing staffing leaders today, including legal updates, operational challenges, and industry and legislative trends. This retreat is designed to foster meaningful connections in a relaxed and engaging setting right here in Colorado. You will leave informed, inspired, and recharged, reminded that you are not alone in navigating the challenges of leading a staffing organization.

Member Early Bird Pricing through June 5, 2026:         $275 per person
Member Standard Pricing after June 5, 2026:                  $315 per person
Non-Member Pricing:                                                          $425 per person

Full Registration includes all day Thursday. Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and evening cocktail reception are provided.

Room block discount is for August 5, 6 and 7, 2026 at the special group room rates of $329.00 for a King Bed or 2 Queen Beds. Room block rate will be available through Monday July 9^th, 2026.

Daily $35 Resort Fee, plus tax, is not included in the nightly room rate which includes wireless high-speed internet, access to Athletic Club & Swimming Pools, local phone calls, in-room coffee, tea, and bottled water (2 per day), and parking.

Room rates are subject to a 10.20% occupancy tax, and a 2.95% Retail Sales Fee (RSF) is added to all retail sales/service transactions. This fee helps offset the costs of existing and future improvements.

If you are ASA-certified, you may earn up to 7.25 CE hours for this event as a live attendee. To submit this entire event for your ASA-certification, please log into your CE Status on the ASA site. Please retain proof of attendance in the event your CE record is audited. Once you submit CE hours to ASA, please wait at least three business days for the approved CE to appear in your CE status.
